Artificial intelligence cannot use content that is protected without authorization or justification. Development of traceability and lawsuits will oblige more and more AI to quote its source.
The Commission may impose fines up to 6% of the global turnover of a company which infringes the Digital Service Act. The entry of Amazon in the play is a strong new step for the future progress for the defense of Intellectual Property.
