was founded
to implement Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Since its inception, IP constantly expanded to protect all the material and moral rights of every creator:

1777: First application of author right by the NGO of Beaumarchais to protect writers

1886: International extension through the Berne Convention

1948: Inclusion of all creative production by the UN Universal Declaration

2013: Foundation of the WcS-NGO to protect the innovation of startups
