In the first step of the process, the creator is asked to register and give the references of his creation. Once he has registered the name of his creation, edited and published its content, the creator receives a copy of his Creabook.

The Creabook is used as a property title to establish the right of the Creator on his creation. After 12 months of public enquiry, Creafree may deliver a property certificate of the Creabook.

Other evaluations from third parties may be initiated on the demand of the Creator to label the creation and the derived products and services:

  • conformity: this two stars label is delivered after the evaluation of the conformity of the Creabook to the Creafree Standard;
  • economy: this three stars label is delivered after the estimation of the value of the creation;
  • originality: this four stars label is delivered after the examination of the originality of the creation;
  • authenticity: this five starts marking is attached to each product or service which is delivered according to the total authenticity assurance process.
